This print should definitely be done with supports, and may require some cleanup to look its best. When combining both Tight variations, there's zero millimeter tolerance. Mixing one regular variation with one Tight variation results in a .15mm tolerance. Using two regular variations yields a .3mm tolerance. I've found that on my Printrbot Simple Metal, the .15mm tolerance works well, but on my Makerbot 5th gen, the .3mm tolerance is preferable.
