Impossible Dovetail Box

Impossible Dovetail Box

I saw some dovetail boxes out there so I decided to make my own version from scratch for a relative's gift. I made it to be pretty tight, but after a few slides it becomes way easier to open, but it will not open accidentally. It's 80x80x30mm. Mine one has my relative's name "engraved" on top part, and filled with printed letters which are glued with CA glue. In case you want to put someone's name on it, I'd recommend using an offset of 0.3mm around the letters for their "pockets" (e.g., capital 'i' is 6x18mm, then your pocket is 6.6x18.6mm). I printed it with supports (for the letters) and of course upside down. The pockets are 1mm deep while the letters are 0.6mm deep, so they can be flush with the top face and leave a flat surface end. XY and/or Z offsets for the letters may vary depending on each one's printer.
