My take on "impossible" tensegrity sculptures :D Tensegrity sculptures seem to defy gravity at first glance. They hold themselves up thanks to the tension in the strings, hence their name; tension and integrity. ASSEMBLY Start by glueing top_arm to the top and connect the base_arm to the top_arm via a piece of string through the holes. Put knots on either side to keep the string from sliding out. Attach base_arm to the base and put something under the top to support it (I used cropped toilet paper rolls). Slip 4 pieces of string throught the 4 holes on the top and add knots to keep them in place. Flip it so it's sitting upside down and slip the strings through their respective holes in the base. Squirt some hot glue in the hole and hold the string tight as the glue cools. repeat 3 more times. I'd love to see your makes :) Enjoy!
