This is a highly impractical .22 Long Rifle ammo box. It holds 413 rounds, 59 rounds per tray. Non-printed parts include: Outer brass tube, 3.25" OD with a 1/16" wall, cut to 8.481". Threaded rod, 10-24, about 10" long Brass Heat-Set Insert for Plastics (93365A152 from McMaster-Carr) Two 10-24 nuts 30 3/8" dia x 1/16" magnets (like D61-N52) Press two magnets in to the slots on the bottom of both the "Shelf" and "Bullet Tray". BE SURE TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE MAGNET ORIENTATION! Once you press them in, they are nearly impossible to get back out! Glue a disk magnet in the recesses on the top of "Outer Dome" and "Inner Dome", again, paying attention to the magnet orientation. The two domes should snap together and rotate freely. Glue the "Inner Dome" to the top of "Shelf - Top". Press one of the nuts in the bottom of "Slug - mid", and thread the rod up thru the hole. Use the other nut to secure the rod in place. I used a dab of JB-Weld on the threads to ensure it wouldn't slip over time. Then, glue on "Slug - top" and "Slug - Bottom", sand, prime, and paint. Dry-fit the assembly on to the brass tube, and cut the threaded rod so it's slightly undercut from the bottom of the brass tube. Glue the slug to the brass tube (I used JB-Weld). The shelves should snap together without modification, and are held in place with super glue. Glue the shelf assembly to the "Bottom".
