<p>Improved version of the <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/35410-pull-copter-finger-ring">3D Pull Copter Finger Ring</a> with a different rotor design.</p> <p><em>NOTE:</em> Models not compatible with original design</p> <p><strong>Features:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Improved rotor design (bigger and angled differently)</li> <li>Somewhat longer key for easier use </li> <li>Uses M3 screws instead of M2</li> <li>Completely remodeled in FreeCAD (including FreeCAD model file)</li> </ul> <p><em>Bonus files:</em></p> <ul> <li>10cm diameter rotor (bigger is not always better though)</li> <li>An even longer key, 1.5x the size</li> </ul> <p><strong>Usage:</strong></p> <p>Print and assemble (using M3x8 screws).<br/> Use a little bit of <em>PTFE or similar spray</em> if it doesn't run smoothly.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Included gcode for printing in PET.</p> <p>Preferably print at least the rotor in PETG since it is sturdier/more flexible.</p> <p>Print using 0.2mm layer height.</p> <p>No need for supports, detect bridging perimeters improved the quality of the 'gearbox' part.</p>
