Improved Bed Mount for RepRapPro Mendel

This is an improved bed mount for the version of the RepRapPro Mendel which uses M3 screws to attach the bed. It eliminates the fiddly three nut system and replaces them with a spacer and a single nyloc nut. This makes bed leveling and adjustment much easier. Instructions This is a drop-in replacement for the current M3-based bed mounts. Insert a M3 nyloc nut into the nut trap on the mount. A small amount of filing may be required but it needs to be a tight fit. Attach the new mount then attach the bed as follows (top to bottom): M3 caphead screw M3 washer Bed Spring Printed spacer Bed mount The printed spacer is optional depending on your springs. It is the same height as the two M3 nuts that were previously used so when used will put the springs under the same compression as before.
