Improved Extruder Arm 2.0
thingiverse
The M200 extruder arm should be swapped out immediately on the printer, as it broke mid-print causing clogs and other bizarre problems before I identified the culprit. Several improved arms were found, but one with a closed end and a larger bearing was desired. A custom arm was created by joining two pieces to house the 5x11x4mm bearing. Print Settings Printer: Malyan M200 Rafts: None needed Supports: None necessary Resolution: 0.1 millimeter Infill: 100% Notes: No supports are required; assemble the two parts using a vice or clamp, and no glue is necessary for secure attachment.
