Improved Extruder Assembly V1

Improved Extruder Assembly V1

A small redesign of the original extruder. I improved the fit and finish and made the tolerances tighter. The heatsink and bearings are tighter in their respective housings. I've included two versions of the fs_cover, one for normal use and one that can be tapped for M6x1.0 for use with a PC4-M6 fitting for a filament guide. These parts are not individually compatible with the original Prusa extruder parts. The screenshots show the orientation that I printed the parts. There's also a new part called "Wire_Race" that is designed to fit into the back of the "x_carriage". You will have to tightly twist the filament sensor wires, insert them into the race and then into the carriage to hold them in place. You will have to fit the part first, it may need the sides sanded and trimmed to length. This is because I cannot predict the tolerances of your individual printers. It is supposed to be a snug fit and the race should sit flush with the back of the x-carriage. Also, the extruder_idler hole for the Bondtech gear pin can be a little oblong due to the orientation of the print. I found that a 7/64" (or a #32 if you happen to have one) drill bit can be used to ream the hole out a bit if necessary. Be patient and ream only a small amount at a time or you will have to reprint the part.
