This modification to Ellindsey's sonic screwdriver design adds "rivets" and (more importantly) more bridges between the cage towers. This extra bridging allows the silver cage to remain extended when the screwdriver is held upright. Included a modified green core with extra grove to accommodate the new geometry. Both solid and hollow versions are available.
