In my recent Replicator 2 maintenance process, I found myself disassembling and reassembling the extruder assembly multiple times. The spacers kept rolling off the platform edge, making it difficult to poke the screw through the fan without missing the spacer. To solve this problem, I used square-shaped spacers that prevent rolling and have a larger opening on one end for easier screw guidance.
