I just remade the STLs, mine simply fell off (loose nut trap), and the top clip geometry had a large overhang that made printing difficult. I added a chamfer to the overhang and a small layer between the bottom of the bed and the nut, so it now holds securely to the Y carriage's bottom. Enjoy! P.S. Be aware: The attached Gcode is for the 12" Makerfarm i3v buildplate, so it may not fit your plate. It was sliced in Simplify3D, resulting in a clean print.
