This is a simple enhancement to Techson's design, available here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:575489/#comments The original STLs were flawed, my model simply fell apart (due to a loose nut trap) and the top "clip" geometry had an overhang that made it difficult to print successfully. I recreated the file from scratch without errors, added a chamfer to the overhanging part and introduced a small gap between the bottom of the bed and the nut, ensuring it securely attaches to the Y carriage. Enjoy! P.S. Caution! The Gcode I attached is specifically for the 12" Makerfarm i3v, so it may not be compatible with your buildplate! Sliced in Simplify3D, resulting in a clean finish :) Instructions Printed in ABS using .2mm layers and 100% infill for maximum strength. Sliced using Simplify3D. Gcode included for the 12" Makerfarm i3v buildplate!
