Improved Mega Tape Gun - Tape Dispenser

This is a remix of the Mega tape gun by jesse. I tried to combine multiple parts into one to be printed on 220x220 printer bed for those who have Ender 3 or similar sized printer. Also, inspired buy the v2 of Mini Tape Gun by brycelowe, I have added replaceable cutter inserts. The cutter teeth might need to be sharpened to work properly. The screw on the cylinder are anticlockwise to avoid it being unscrewed when tape unrolls. The handle can be joined with the base using 2xM3 bolts, 25mm to 35mm, in length. The nuts can be inserted in the slots in the handle while the screws can be inserted from the base. Just use glue if screws are not available. Printed it and made some improvements again. Now it should be fine. Only thing I want to improve is the Handle. It is too big. Could be made a little smallet and more ergonomic. Else, this works and is great.
