Improved Stanley Organizer Custom Bins Kit w/ Customizer

Custom small parts bins for Stanley organizer cases. I liked [gpambrozio's customizable Stanley bins](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:652558), so I pre-rendered many of the most useful bin configurations. I also fixed a few bugs + changed a few things in the OpenSCAD code: * Made dividers go all the way to the case top. This means some configurations can interfere with the alignment bumps on the clear cover in some slots, but it also means that very small parts like washers less likely to fall into other bins. * Fixed an OpenSCAD bug where the `Shallow` setting actually defaulted to a much shorter height. * Changed customizer input from `horizontal` and `vertical` to `long` and `short` dividers. * Bins always generate with their longest side along the X-axis. * Added OpenSCAD customizer presets The divider codes (like `2L3`) tell you what divider configuration is used. They are in the format *`[long direction partitions]`* `L` *`[short direction partitions]`* "Shallow" is for 41mm tall bins (model `014725R`) and "Deep" is for 46.2mm tall bins (model `014710R`).
