To enhance my model's fit, the slot width was expanded to accommodate 6mm acrylic with ample room (6.2mm). Wall and base thickness were also improved for extra strength. Fillets were added not only for visual appeal but also to reduce corner stresses. Geometry was refined overall. Initially printed in PLA on an unidentified RepRap, resulting in subpar performance; will attempt a reprint with ABS on a Replicator 2X.
