Improved version of mike_linus's Ultimate Power Supply Terminal Cover. Designed to cover exposed screw terminals on power supplies commonly used with 3d printers and provide a switch and plug options. Instructions This is an improved version of mike_linus's power supply terminal cover. The three main improvements were to add an option for round toggle switches, making the slot retainers cylindrical so they can be printed more easily, and making the retaining slots move up as you change the depth of the part. I also added comments for the MakerBot customizer and a lip to the bottom edge if you decide to make the cover deeper. Other improvements have been made to the OpenSCAD file which can be seen with the customizer tool. Each setting is commented and the parameters can be modified without breaking the file (i.e. if you change the size of the power input cutout it will be centered between the retaining screw holes). There was also a minor bug in the original part which caused the part to be slightly wider (2mm) than the configuration was set to. The default customizer settings will give you a slightly deeper version of the original Ultimate Power Supply Terminal Cover settings with a square switch. CUSTOMIZATION: To use a round switch simply change the switch cutout length and width to zero and set the switch cutout radius sized to your switch. All other settings should work as expected.
