Improved Wind guide for turbine

<p>I was not completely happy with my previous wind guide turbine so I decided to improve it even more. Now it is lighter, easier to print and fits like a glove.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><h3>Improvements</h3> <p>After about thirteen versions I think the final version is quite good. The fit should be perfect for most of the 12V turbines like this one <a href="http://ebay.to/1SCr1Hk">http://ebay.to/1SCr1Hk</a></p> <p><strong>Detailed view</strong></p> <p>Compared to the original wind guide of my Prusa i3 kit, this improved part is more than 10% lighter.</p> <p><strong>Old part that came with the Prusa i3 kit</strong></p> <p><strong>Lip to prevent air leaks and middle rib to add rigidity and make the part even easier to print</strong></p> <p><strong>Performance</strong></p> <p>From the datasheet, the traditional turbine fan has the following properties:<br/> Life Expectancy at 40 Celsius degree: 40000 hours<br/> Speed: 3000 RPM<br/> Airflow: 30 CFM</p> <p>Considering the output of the fan the maximum expected airflow is about 60-70 m/s. With that we can see the internal behavior of this wind guide.</p>
