To enhance your MendelMax 1.5, first print the stabilized lead screw holder (Z Vertex) twice. Testing is not necessary as it's proven effective. Additionally, gather 4 M5 x 20mm screws, 4 M5 washers, and 4 M5 nuts. Lastly, install 2 pieces of 608zz bearings.
