ImpulseRC Helix ZX6 Extra Durable Fairing

These are ZX6 fairings that are only a hair shy of 2mm thick. They have ample space to accommodate an ESC up to 40mm by 20mm. There's also a custom version available, which is taller and has even more room for motor wires at the tip. This one features a larger pass-through for wiring to the PDB and is specifically designed to fit T-motor F45a ESCs. Additionally, I've created a version tailored to the T-motor F30a ESCs. I started from scratch with no pre-existing model, and simply overlaid a trace of the Helix arms. The result is a tough Helix fairing that provides plenty of space for ESCs. I'll update this information later, but rest assured that the maximum ESC height is 20mm! Length is 40mm, and thickness comes in at roughly 1.8mm all around - which means it's practically indestructible when printed with PETG! The fairing prints beautifully with a 0.2mm layer height and 100% infill. It does require some support, but I've been pleasantly surprised by how little it actually needs. I have several versions in the works, including a lightweight version, ventilated version, LED-integrated version, screwless self-locating ziptie version, motor guard, and minimalist version - along with various combinations of those.
