ImpulseRC Helix ZX6 Extra Durable Fairing

These are ZX6 fairings that are just shy of 2mm thick! They accomodate an ESC up to 40mm by 20mm. There is a per-request version which is taller, has more room for motor wires at the tip, as well as a larger pass-through for wiring to the PDB. It is sized to fit the T-motor F45a ESCs. There is also a version custom sized for the T-motor F30a ESCs. Started from a blank model, and a trace of the Helix arms, et voila! A durable Helix fairing with tons of room for ESCs. I'll update this more later, but max ESC height is 20mm!! Length is 40mm. Thickness is roughly 1.8mm all around, so in PETG this means you're just about indestructible! Prints awesome with 0.2mm layer height, 100% infill. It needs support, but I've been pleasantly surprised with how little it actually needs. I plan to make a couple of versions of this, so stay tuned! Currently in the works are a lightweight version, ventilated version, LED integrated version, screwless self-locating ziptie version, motor guard, and minimalist version. And I guess various permutations of those. Please comment if you have any suggestions/specific needs or sizes. Happy to accommodate.
