This IEM housing is meant to be used with this BA: http://www.digikey.com/product-search/en?keywords=SR-31843-000 The back cap should fit in the front housing snugly, as should the armature in the front housing. 3/9/16: oops, I made a mistake scaling the back-cap. It should be all good now. Print Settings Resolution: 0.2 or 0.1 mm Infill: 100% Notes: ABS should be used. If you find your model shrinking a bit with parts not fitting, increase the scale in your slicing software.
