This is an snap on cover for the manta drive motors of the electric skateboard, Inboard M1. They are meant to keep any road debris out of the inside of the motor which would impact and break the windings causing the motor to fail. Be aware that this cap could make the motor overheat sooner than without, I haven't been able to check the difference yet but the new motors come without any ventilation for this matter.
