InchWorm Wire Management

InchWorm Wire Management

I did not have enough clearance between vertical V-slots & M8 lead screw to fit a drag chain, so I came up with this idea. I used 1/2" plastic Black split tubing wire loom from Lowes for around $3 with two 3d printed parts & mounting hardware. I call it inch worms since it has that appearance going back & forth. I had to use 5mm longer M5 screws for the top X-carriage wheel mount and the spacing on my carriage is 50mm. I also included the Fusion 360, step files in case you need to modify for a different setup. This printer used to be a Makerfarm Prusa i3v 10", but there are very few original parts on here. I have the parts oriented the way I printed them & used paint on supports with PrusaSlicer 2.3.0 to put supports only where I needed them. I added slits in the parts to allow you get the wire in there easier.
