Indicator holder for 0XA toolpost

I don't have the smaller Shars dial indicator or AXA tool post that the [original](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2671273) was designed for. I do have a 2" Harbor Freight dial indicator and an 0XA tool post on my mini-lathe. And so a remix was in order. Because of the longer body and stem of the 2" dial indicator and the shorter width of the 0XA tool holders, I flipped the cutout for the dial so it was at the back of the holder instead of the front. I also added an M6 thread for the offset nuts, and made two types of M6 knurled cap nuts for it. One is flat, the other domed to make it easier to use one to lock down on the other. I included mirrored versions of the holder, one for coming in from the side, one for coming in from the front. One interesting note - when working with Fusion360, when you mirror a part that contains threads, the threads flip orientation as well. I printed a couple of left hand threaded pieces before I realized what was going on and fixed it. I made an M6 knurled bolt to fasten the indicator in place, but also included a cap that you can super glue to a regular M6 bolt instead.
