Inductive Sensor Holder for Wilson Reprap Printer

Made this for my Wilson TS printer. I imagine it would work for other Wilson variations, it's not a long print by any means, so you can find out yourself. I threw this together very quickly and it is based off of mrice's servo operated stop end for auto bed leveling. This should hold a wide variety of sensors, but I used the LJ12A3-4-Z/BY. I've included a photo of a wiring diagram so you can hook up your LJ12A3-4-Z/BY. All you need is a LM7805 that you can get from RadioShack for $1.99, some wire, and a PNP Inductive Sensor (I used the LJ12A3-4-Z/BY). The great news is that you do not have to change anything in your config.h to make this work if you previously have installed mrice's auto bed leveling. The only thing that changes is your Z_PROBE_OFFSET, obviously, and that can be done using the display on the printer itself. If you have not enabled auto bed leveling, googling "LJ12A3-4-Z/BY 3d print" will bring you to an instructibles on how to do so. NOTE: Do not follow the wiring guide on the instructible. I have shown the proper way to wire it so you do not fry any components!! Just a comment. So far the repeatability of using the sensor, compared to a servo operated end stop, is far far superior. If you are using the other bed leveling system I highly recommend you upgrade your bed to aluminum and buy a sensor. The cost is fairly low ($4 sensor, $20 bed), but it really cuts out a lot of the BS that you hoped to cut out originally when installing the servo-switch setup. Print Settings Printer: Wilson TS Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Notes: I used 0.4mm nozzle to print this.
