Another Tiny whoop frame. I tried to design new lighter frame for tiny whoop using 1mm carbon fiber rods in part of the structure. my scale is not very accurate but seems this thing became little bit lighter than original frame, lot lighter without ducts. frame can be build with or without ducts and duct can be removed, replaced or installed later. material abs + 1mm carbon fiber rod from ebay. rods + duct beams creates hashtag pattern :D Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: prusa Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 layer Infill: 100% Post-Printing Build Allso needed: 1mm drill bit utility knife 4pc 1mm carbon fiber rod about 50mm long. there are 2 different kind of motor mounts (front left/rear right) and (front right/rear left) do not mix these. put side mounts to upper carbon fiber rods and front and back mounts to lower carbon fiber rods. use drill to fine tune holes for carbonfiber rod to fit nicely use utility knife to fine tune motor mounts and ducts so that motors fits. if some parts became too loose to fit use small drop super glue. You need to print 4 ducts (if you want to use ducts) and 2 of every other parts. Or you can just print all_part file and add carbon fiber rods. put it together and have FUN. :) Sory for my poor english.
