Industrial Food Processing equipment, Portion Extrusion Maker

This is a new machine design by me to make extruded fish (or any product) sticks/shapes. The "oatmeal like" product is mixed in an extrusion machine (https://grabcad.com/library/horizontal-mixer-for-tank-1) which drives my V-mag extrusion pump... (For reference only)... Product is pumped to the extrusion chamber via 2" sanitation fittings... The product ( I originally nicknamed "Tater-tots") is forced through a series of 10 chambers. This pressurized unit continues to push product through the (now known as) "Play-Doh Fun Factory". This unit has interchangeable tubing ends that can be of various shapes, the size is determined by the forward pneumatic reciprocating blade timed to the cut length and belt speed...Also is a pressure relief valve( pressure relief valve ) to prevent extruder overflow... There are development trials in the pics.rar file. Gotta love Solidworks and 3d design platforms that make concept to life virtually painless.
