I have a project that I am working on that requires me to put a handful of electronics on a large door. Normal magnetic latches were too weak. This latch is designed for 15 Series Aluminum extrusion which is 1.5in x 1.5in. You could mount to just about anything, but keep in mind it is designed to be strong. Hardware List: 2x Flat M6 Screws 2x Button M6 Screws 4x M6 Nuts 8x 10mm x 2.75mm Neodymium Magnets (4x stacks of 2) Please Note: Magnets are intentionally a REALLY tight fit. Magnets are pressed into parts with an arbor press to make sure they never come out.
