I developed these blocks to help students understand the differences between infill percentages. This will give examples of strength, weight, and printing time. for reference, the 10% took 53 minutes, the 25% took 1 hour and 32 minutes, and the 50% took 2 hours and 13 minutes. I learned quite a few things working on this! I used a Makerbot Replicator +, Makerbot Print software, and pictures have been added to show where to change the infill in the program. It is essential that the roof surface thickness is changed to 0, or you will get a solid block as the end product! I highlighted the letters and infill with gold Rub N Buff to help it stand out a little more.
