<p>One of the first items I printed with my Prusa Mini was a bed scraper, now after using it for some time the tip is worn-out and I should reprint the whole scraper instead of just changing the worn-out part. For this reason I decided to design a scraper that has the possibility of change the tip once it's warn-out, plus it's quick and easy to print. Thanks to this feature you can print a scraper like new in just 15/20 min and don't waste material for a whole new one. This scraper use only 3.74 meters of filament (11.14 g) for the full scraper and only 1 meter (2.99 g) for the tip.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>Print instructions</strong></h3><p>&nbsp;</p><p>There are two difference tolerance for the joint, one is of 0.15 mm (reccomended for a strong joint) and the other is of 0.2 mm. Print the handle with the holes facing up.</p><p>settings:<br>- 0.2 mm layer height<br>- 10% infill&nbsp;<br>- enable ironing if you want a smooth surface on top</p><p>Everything else is default from Prusa Slicer.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
