This is a respin of 3d0g's original key design seen here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:219561 Most of the pieces have pegs that press fit into matching holes. The only two that need to be glued together are the tube parts. Everything is printed at 100% in-fill to give the pegs the necessary strength, otherwise the top of them will break off. The key can be displayed two different ways as seen in the pictures above. There are holes both on the bottom as well as on the side depending on whether you want it sitting on your desk, or hanging on the wall. For a longer write-up and additional pictures of assembly, please visit: https://plus.google.com/112889495015752015404/posts/HBXYUqvkF1K Instructions All parts are printed with 100% in-fill and a Brim Join the rod and bottom parts together. You may need to do a bit of sanding on the pegs so it fits easier, but you want to keep it a snug fit. Remove the two support pieces on the tube (that are holding the two half-moon pegs up during printing). Glue the rod and bottom piece to the tube. Press fit the side into the matching holes on the tube. Some sanding on the pegs will help if the fit is too tight. Add the back part by fitting it on the half moon pegs. Lastly place the key onto the base. For the side holes, you may need to enlarge the hole just a bit because of how the first layer gets squished onto the bed. Sit back and enjoy!
