This is a simple injection molding tool for bottom cover component (already uploaded in other model)Mold and cavity part is separately uploaded. And all standard allen key bolts are used as uploaded in other model.This is a very basic injection mold tool. Both mold and cavity part is designed as per fabrication to be done in one single part (but we suggest to use all pins to be inserted so as to make tool easy and easy to repair)As this component is small, we can also make a double cavity or 4 cavity tool to increase the production capacity. Also as it is a single cavity tool, so cooling jackets are not much needed, but for a 4 cavity tool we prefer using a water cooling system in mold body.For any other query, please revert or comment.Or if you find any design change you can connect to me for that too.
