InMoov Jaw Mount Reinforcement Buttons
thingiverse
The original InMoov jaw mount is alarmingly brittle. I snapped one of mine merely grasping the InMoov JawHolderV2.stl Applying these two pins to the existing split mounts, then securing the JawSupportV1.stl in place with a washer and screw after reducing the pins to fit, will make it more durable. I utilized the Dremel, and inadvertently damaged the lip on the existing part as well. I have given up on those flimsy little pins, one of which broke off struggling with the head. I have now ground them down and replaced them with two small 9/32 brass tubing bushings, a 3mm x 25mm screw, and an aircraft lock nut. See the image! Any hardware store carries this type of tubing.
