I think I've finished this, but will see how it goes in use. The intention is to have an insert that accommodates the base game and figures, with the cards sleeved (or unsleeved if you must) and the tokens in coin capsules (although you could print out sets of the contagion tokens I have provided if your original tokens get marked). It also accommodates the extra cards and green deck from the KS edition. Blood tokens go in their bag in one tray, dog tokens in another. Separate trays for the fuel drums, flamethrower fuel and food. deeper tray for the damage tokens, and another tray for setup items. Plus a little "spacer" that will also hold the standees. It's not 100% clear from the diagram where everything goes - but some trays will stack on other trays. There should be space for ALL the minis - from the base game, KS extras AND the Norwegian Outpost expansion. But if you have the Norway board you WILL get lid lift. Print EITHER the character boards shelf or sleeve - you don't need both (I just ran up some options as I was messing about with the design). Print 8 copies of the player piece trays - I have mine in the player colours. There are two versions of the tray that holds the dice - the one I use, and an untested one for people who have their leader token in a capsule. There is one small "spacer" - which is JUST big enough to hold the standees if you're keeping them. For no reason other than I liked the idea, I have also run up a set of plastic damage tokens. Which I like more than the original ones. Need assembling with a hammer, though! And I have also included a set of printable contagion tokens that matches the fire/alien tokens for size (although for now I prefer to use coin capsules). Might be worth printing if you lose or mark the original discs.
