I use this M4 flat head star screw insert piece to quickly secure elements in my workshop, often with just a simple palometa holding them in place. I've found it works best when paired with a 10mm diameter cylindrical grinding head that's also 11mm long. A small amount of hot silicone and the insert is ready for use.
