<p>Includes radius's from 1mm to 10mm. Note that I added a chamfer to ensure squish of the first layer doesn't compromise the accuracy so ensure you keep the tool square to the object being measured and use the center of the tool (not the top or bottom planes) for measurement.</p><p>Depending on the filament used, you may need to reduce non-external perimeter width to 0.4 (under Print Settings --> Advanced) to get the numbers to show well.</p><p>[Update] I made another complementary tool with +0.5mm on all radii here (<a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/149232">https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/149232</a>) as I quickly found that 1mm was too coarse.[/Update]</p><p> </p><p>Recommend printing at 0.2mm layer height.</p>
