Insignia Bluetooth Behind The Head cushion retainer ring

This is a replacement part for my NS-BTHDP wireless headset. This headset has been very useful and comfortable for several years. They have endured some abuse and finally one of the foam/fabric cushions started falling off. I broke the retainer ring. This thing is an attempt to get more comfortable years out of them as the rest of the unit is still good with great battery life still left. If this does not work then I'll have to turn them into a wireless receiver for my boat's head unit. I'll feed the speaker outputs to the Aux in and probably make a little container for it. UPDATE! I've added a second version to facilitate printing without support or raft. The first one needed it and was creating problems with the fit. Upon further inspection of the Original there is no need for the extra features. A third model to mix things up a bit. Also to make it easier to twist in to the lock position. Instructions The first version is a close replica of the original and will need support to print. The second version is modified slightly and does not need support. However if printing in ABS, there is some shrinkage that needs to be accounted for, PLA prints fit fine. Use 1 or 2 layers and 100% infill. Its a small part so it will print fast even at 100% infill.
