Nowadays many industries & applications require an inspection machine that can reduce time, effort and give more efficient work. The Crawler inspection robots can do inspections in places dangers and unreachable to humans as sewer pipes, oil pipes, huge tanks, etc. My main role in the project is designing and analyzing the moving part which is the track part. The project's most challenging part was to determine the suitable that can produce large torque within a small volume. After a long time of searching and studying the hollow cup dc motors were the suitable to this project.
