Inspector Gadget Hat Costume

This is a remix from the original Inspector Gadget hat by Gork10. I wanted tighter tolerances and also wanted to make the wrists 20% smaller. I also did not want to purchase wooden rods so I printed them. The hat I was given for this project is not the correct style or color but the project turned out nice either way. The balls were printed @ 20% infill but everything else was 100% infill for strength. The rods need a raft to print vertically. The magnifying glass was removed and replaced with clear plastic to save weight. I also used pipe cleaners to give the hands structure and stuffed the yellow rubber gloves with cotton balls. The light is a Fortune Products PL-4535R Police Beacon purchased from Amazon. I had to relocate the power switch from the side of the base to the bottom.
