I designed this to help keep track of a daily long acting insulin dose. Each needle tip fits into its own day position inside the device. It was designed for BD branded tips, but any insulin needle tip with a cap of up to 16mm diameter at the top and 7.4mm diameter of the shank should fit. Edit: 2019-05 It seems BD has made a new needle cap that is approx 10.55mm diameter, I've uploaded a "wider" one.
