A minimalist insulin pen needle holder. It can hold 1 or 2 needles, new or used, securely until they can be disposed of properly. I use it with Novo Nordisk pens and BD nano needles. Be sure to install it by sliding this holder down from the top of the pen with the cap removed, making sure to align one of the notches in the holder with the index tab on the pen.
