Insulin Pump Holder

My girlfriends insulin pump holder is constantly breaking... so I designed one she can print any time she needs! Instructions Slicer: Cura 15.04.2 Printer Settings Printer: Robo 3D R1+ Filament: PLA Nozzle Diameter: 0.4mm Printer Speed: 50mm/s Layer Height: 0.2mm Shell Thickness: 1.2mm Top/Bottom Thickness: 1mm Infill: 25%, Grid Nozzle Temperature: 200C Bed Temperature: 50C Cooling: On 100% @ 0.4mm height. (I have dual 40mm fans with shrouds so this might be a necessary mod for easy support removal) Cooling Minimum Time: 25s Support Material Settings Support Locations: Everywhere Structure Type: Lines Infill: 15% X/Y Distance: 0.7mm Z Distance: 0.15mm Printing Instructions In Cura, rotate both pieces of the model face down. This should fill the inside with support material. Trust me on this one. Follow the above settings. Print. Remove support. Lightly file the friction slider as needed. Make sure to take your time with this... lightly file, test fit. No good? Lightly file and test fit again. Repeat until the bottom piece fits snug.
