It'll hold just about any small vial of medicine. Notes: -The cup fits very snug. No need for super glue, but it won't hurt. Put the rack holder face down on a table and push the cylinder into place. I use quite a bit of force. The little "spike" is optional and may be glued in place to hang notes, or whatever you like, on. Please let me know what you think. -jeremy
