Intake / Exhaust Vent (Small and Large - Designed for 6" but can be scaled to fit others)

This 3D printed air intake / exhaust vent requires a large build surface, some glue (and/or a drill and some small screws) and a screen mesh similar to this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IKVH7SY/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_JuZsCb62BTSP7 Instructions: 1. Print out both parts (MainPart and MeshPart) for the size you want. 2. Cut the mesh to size and then glue it to the outside of the MeshPart. 3. Place the MeshPart INSIDE of the MainPart as shown in the images. Done. It's designed to fit 6" ducting (and a 6" hole) but can be scaled down or up to fit others. You can either just glue it into place (hot glue gun, epoxy, etc) or you can drill some small holes in the sides and add screws like I did. Printed on CR-10S 400. You can print with whatever settings you see fit. I believe I printed this one at a 0.4mm layer height with a 0.8mm nozzle (if I recall correctly - was a while back). Additionally, you can coat it in epoxy/resin to make it last longer outdoors. Give it a few coats over a couple of days (depending on which epoxy/resin you use). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PS.
