Architecture Studio 4 Project - Group 5.4 The site that our group chose is situated in the centre of the “dead space” between Nobby’s Beach and Horseshoe Beach. Through our research we discovered strong wind patterns and a lack of human interaction with the site. Our pavillion captures the wind through the small spinning triangles in the wall panels and roof, engages human interaction through enticing people to move around the space to interact with the pavillion, and captures different views through three large cut out triangles in the wall panels. It also aims to give the individuals inside the pavilion an experience with light through the transparent textures used in some of the wall panels and the roof.
