Interior and accessories for the VW Bus

Having seen the bus that ChaosCoreTech designed i just had to print one for a friend. But i wanted it to be more, i wanted it to be lighted and have an interior. With this remix you get: - The body with a hole for a 9V battery, the rest of the body is original and unaltered. - The roof file, hollowed out so that potential light could also come out of the roof windows. (if you decide to light your model) - Battery holder box (glue in place over the hole (or if you want you can merge the 2 files in a program such as meshmixer if you want it to be already attached to the main body) - Battery cover (i drilled out the 2 hole in the bottom of the body and then glued 2 M3 nuts on the inside to hold 2 m3 bolts) - Dashboard (you can print it without supports if you want, but i did use supports just for the part that hols the steering wheel, just glue to the inside of the front) - Steering wheel ( the hole can be too small on some printers, i suggest to use a 2mm drill bit and make the hole a little larger, you can then use a piece of filament as the steering bar and glue the steering wheel to the dashboard.) - Mirrors (small cirkels, you will need to print 2, and you can again use a small piece of filament and bent it with pliers into the correct shape and glue them to the model body, see pictures) - Front seats (consists of a false bottom plate with the front 2 seats and the first bench, designed to hide wires in the bottom if you light your model) - Back seats (also the false bottom plate with the second bench) The reason for the seating so be divided into 2 files, is that you will need two separate pieces when installing them into the body. The body is tapered and thus a full plate would not pass though the roof opening. Also you will need to add something for support in the middle, i suggest the battery box, even if you don't want to light the model, you could use the box as an anker point for the false floor. Don't forget the get the original thing for the missing files like the wheels and pins. or the body if you don't want to light it.
