Interlocking 8x11.5 Picture Frame Instructions: - Snap the Outer Frame together. I'd make sure the infill is low density and easy to remove. Use a sharp knife along the edges of the frame quarters to remove extra plastic, and the frames should then snap together flush. - Snap the inner frame together. They fit together like puzzle pieces. - Use transparent polycarbonate sheets, cut them to size, then frame up the picture / paper. The inner frame should snap to the outer frame, locking down anything you've put underneath the plastic. Note: The tolerances I've programmed work for my printer.
