I needed an adapter to connect my pool to 1.5" PVC pipe. This connects the male threaded connections used by Intex and Bestway pools to a female 1.5" NPT threaded PVC fitting. Now the two pipes should butt up against each other so the 3D printed part doesn't have to be water tight. I also included a small space for the gasket if it needs to go with the raised part towards the 3D printed part. I've calibrated my printer but I needed to expand both sides to be able to screw in the other half nicely. I've also made the fillets into chamfers so they can be printed without supports.
