Intex Sand Pool Pump Clamp

I really can't say how big this is but I think it is 240mm. It is bigger than the original by mshonak and I think he said his is 130mm. His was just too small for my sand pump. I had to print it standing up, centered on my print bed and angled from top left to bottom right corners as it barely fit on my print bed. I printed mine at 75% infill. Probably should have printed at higher but seems to work fine. It is still slightly smaller than the original clamp, so you will need to get 2 bolts that are 2 1/2 inches. I used 10-24 bolts/nuts and it fit perfect. Yes, there will be about a half inch or so between each part when you fit it over the area to clamp, so don't over tighten as it will brake. Obviously, you will need to print 2 since it is not the same as the original. (I never had one and couldn't figure out where to purchase it on Intex's web site.) Since it is a large print and needed strength, I used M3D ABS-R with the bed heated to 60*. NOTE: MAKE SURE that you have EXTRA glue on the bed or around half way through the print, one side or the supports may pull up. (Speaking from my experience, I wasted a lot of filament because of just that! I print on blue painters tape and use glue.)
