Intfinite Improbability Drive

cults3d

This is intended as a humorous Car Emblem celebrating the Infinite Improbability Drive from The Hitch-Hikers Guide To The Galaxy by Douglas Adams. It is similar to one I used to have years ago but could not source again. The photo is of the back of my current car (yes, I know, I should have washed it first, but hey!) There are two files: One is the Logo itself. The other is a Mask that you can use over your printed Logo to protect parts of it if you decide to spray-paint the raised surfaces. I did this using some Bostik Fast Tak spray glue on the back of the mask pieces to secure against paint seepage. I used multiple thin coats of the shiniest Chrome spray paint I could find. To secure it to the car I used some "PE Foam Double-Sided Adhesive Tape" (courtesy of Amazon) carefully trimmed with a very sharp knife.
