Inuit Style Snow Goggles

Inuit Style Snow Goggles

thingiverse

This design is patterned after the slit style snow goggles worn by the Inuit people of the Arctic. The Inuit style basically has two colinear horizontal slits and were made of a single piece of bone, antler or wood with a sinew head strap. They were specifically fit to the wearer's face. The function of the narrow slits is to reduce snow glare and wind and can actually improve visual acuity. Since your field of view is significantly restricted DO NOT DRIVE OR PERFORM POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS TASKS WHILE WEARING THESE GOGGLES.
